| GOALS To establish direct and official sister-city relationships To encourage a global perspective among the people, institutions and businesses of San Carlos, educating them about the cultures, institutions, economics and personal experiences of the people in our sister city, and to provide the same perspective about San Carlos and Northern California to our city residents. To create a forum for fellowship between San Carlans and our sister city friends centered on a mutual interest as well as learning about diverse cultures and people exchanges. |
